Refund Policy of Asia’s Closet Angels

Kindly read the refund policy of Asia’s Closet Angels very carefully before using its services. At Asia’s Closet Angels, we tend to ensure our clients are happy with our services and that is why we always try to ensure our clients get the best as they have ordered. When you order our photo and video services, we carefully process your order and ensure that you get exactly what you have ordered and paid for at the right time unless there are circumstances beyond the control of Asia’s Closet Angels and you.

Refund Conditions

When ordering our photo and video services, there is a deposit of 50% of the total payment due at time of reservation and the remaining balance will due upon arrival. Please note that, Asia’s Closet Angels will give refunds if you are not totally satisfied with our photo and video services and the fault is upon Asia’s Closet Angels.

In an effort to provide the best services possible, Asia’s Closet Angels has implemented a hassle-free refund policy as stated below:

  • 100% payment is refundable up to 7 days prior to service start date
  • If the service you received is absolutely different from the service you ordered and the fault is arising from Asia’s Closet Angels, you will be qualified for a full refund.
  • It is important that you keep your account information and password private and safe. If you give your details to someone else or appear to be abusing our policies, you are responsible for any purchases made and will not eligible to get a refund. Note: Asia’s Closet Angels will not entertain any form of abuse whatsoever.
  • We understand that рlаnѕ сhаngе аnd уоu mау hаvе tо саnсеl оr tеrmіnаtе уоur оrdеr wіth uѕ. Рlеаѕе nоtе thаt, ассоrdіng tо thе lаw, уоu аrе tо іnfоrm uѕ bеfоrе thе service is rendered thеrеfоrе, іf уоu nееd tо саnсеl аn оrdеr, уоu muѕt іnfоrm uѕ thrоugh еmаіl (info@asiasangels.com) 48 hours bеfоrе thе appointed period. You will not be qualified for a refund if you inform us or cancel the order after 48 hours.

How To Request A Refund

Contact us directly with your refund request through our email (info@asiasangels.com). Depending on your specific situation, we may be able to help as all refund requests must be approved. We may deny any refund request if it fails to meet our refund criteria stated above. Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.

Reserved Rights

In accordance with the law, Asia’s Closet Angels reserves the right to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or reject orders, refunds, and exchanges from clients at any time due to the following reasons:

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
  • Website malfunctions
  • An irregular or excessive exchange history regarding damage etc

Also, we reserve the right to refuse rendering services to any client be it individual or an entity, in regard to the similar actions noted above.
